岗位职责：

1.统筹公司战略落地、船管业务运营及内外部协调，重点聚焦船舶行业特点，保障船管公司运营的高效性和盈利能力；

2.深耕船舶管理市场，主动挖掘潜在客户资源，通过专业服务与高效沟通维护长期合作关系，有效提升客户续约率；

3.全程主导商务谈判流程，精准把握客户需求，定制个性化服务方案，高效完成合同签订，确保公司业务顺利拓展；

4.统筹协调船舶管理项目执行，高效整合内部资源，及时解决项目推进中的各类难题，保障项目顺利交付；

5.深入分析业务数据，敏锐捕捉市场动态变化，定期输出专业分析报告，为公司业务决策提供有力支撑。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历，海事航运、航运、营销等相关专业优先；

2.有3年以上船舶管理行业业务经验，有稳定客户资源者优先；

3.精通商务谈判与合同管理，熟练使用办公软件与数据分析工具；

4.具备优秀的沟通协调、市场开拓能力，英语可用于商务沟通，能适应出差。

Job Responsibilities:

1.Oversee the implementation of corporate strategies and the operation of ship management business, focusing on the characteristics of the shipping industry to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

2.Deepen engagement in the ship management market, proactively identify potential client resources, and maintain long-term partnerships through professional services and effective communication to enhance client retention rates.

3.Lead the entire business negotiation process, accurately identify client needs, customize tailored service solutions, and efficiently finalize contract signings to drive business expansion.

4.Coordinate the execution of ship management projects, optimize internal resource allocation, and promptly resolve operational challenges to ensure successful project delivery.

5.Conduct in-depth analysis of business data, monitor market trends, and produce regular professional reports to support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:

1.College degree or above, preferably in maritime studies, shipping, marketing, or related fields.

2.Minimum 3 years of business experience in ship management, with existing client resources being a plus.

3.Proficient in business negotiation and contract management, skilled in office software and data analysis tools.

4.Strong communication, coordination, and business development skills; working proficiency in English for business communication; willingness to travel.
